Conditions of Sale

1. PAYMENT: 30 days net from delivery date. Credit facilities subject to satisfactory references. Only discount allowed is that shown on the invoice.

2. The property in the goods shall remain in the Company and shall not pass to the Purchaser until the whole purchase price has been paid. Until payment the purchaser shall hold the goods on behalf of and for the benefit of the Company in a fiduciary capacity. If the Purchaser shall sell the goods or otherwise dispose of them before payment of the said price to the Company any sum which the Purchaser shall receive or to which he may become entitled by virtue of such sale or disposition shall, limited to the amount representing the said purchase price, be held by him as trustee to the Company and the Company shall have all rights and remedies as law or in equity to recover the whole or any part of the price remaining unpaid.

3. DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT: No responsibility will be accepted by the Seller for damage or loss of goods in transit. Any such damage should be notified to the Carrier and the Seller within two days of receipt, and the goods held for inspection to enable a claim to be made on the Carrier. If the goods are not received by the Buyer within 6 days of the date of invoice, the Carrier and the Seller should be immediately notified.
